How it works

Five steps. No app store.

  1. Step 1

    The guide takes the photos

    During the trip, on the water. Same phone they already carry. One or two pictures per group is enough.

  2. Step 2

    Dump them in Guide desk

    After the tour, the guide picks the location and the time, then dumps the day’s pictures. The app sorts them by guide, place, and time so the morning trip and the afternoon trip stay apart.

  3. Step 3

    Guests scan a QR

    The guide opens the QR on their phone. Guests scan it with their own camera and the photo page opens. No app to install.

    Guests pick their tour and download

    Tap the guide. Tap Lido Key or Midnight Pass. Tap the time. Scroll the photos, select the ones they want, and download.

Each company gets its own guest page and its own guides. Kayaking companies use kayakingpics.com links today. Fishing, hunting, and hiking companies can use the same system under Guide Gallery.

Simple monthly rent. You keep the photos.

Guide Gallery hosts the page. Your company name, logo, guide photos, and trip pictures stay yours. If you stop renting, guests stop using that link. The website itself is not for sale.
